Subfloor Check
LVP is thin and telegraphs every bump. We check for flatness within 3/16" over 10 feet and level as needed.
Underlayment
We lay the right acoustic underlayment — critical for condos and for a softer, quieter feel underfoot.
Layout Planning
Plank direction, joint stagger, and transition placement are planned so the finished floor looks seamless.
Click Installation
Planks lock together with tight seams. We work around doorways, cabinets, and odd angles cleanly.
Transitions & Trim
We install transition strips, re-fit baseboards, and leave proper expansion gaps. Then we clean up.

Does luxury vinyl really look like wood?
Modern LVP is embossed to match the printed grain, so it has real texture you can feel. From standing height, most people can't tell it from hardwood. Up close, the difference is there, but it's remarkably convincing.
Is LVP good for condos?
Yes — it's one of the best condo floors. With a certified acoustic underlayment, it meets the IIC 65–72 ratings most GTA condo boards require. We submit the spec sheets to your property manager.
Can LVP go over my existing floor?
Often yes, if the existing floor is flat, solid, and clean. We assess it during your free estimate and tell you honestly whether it needs to come up.
How long does LVP last?
A quality LVP with a 20mil+ wear layer lasts 20–25 years in a home. Cheaper thin-wear products wear out faster. We only install commercial-grade product we'd put in our own homes.
