What's a Level 5 drywall finish?
Level 5 is the highest drywall finish standard — a thin skim coat of compound over the entire wall, sanded smooth. It's used where light hits the wall directly (hallways, big windows, gloss paint) because it hides every imperfection. Most homes use Level 4; we offer both.
How long does drywall take?
A single room is usually 2–3 days of work spread over about a week, because joint compound needs to dry between coats. A full basement or whole home takes longer. We'll give you an exact schedule upfront.
Can you match existing walls after a repair?
Yes. We patch, tape, and texture to blend with the surrounding wall so the repair is invisible once painted. For smooth walls we feather out the compound wide.
Is drywall really that dusty?
Sanding is dusty, yes — but we contain it. We hang plastic barriers, cover vents and floors, and use HEPA vacuums. Your home stays clean and livable during the job.
